  2. Development and Construction (2011-2015): Construction of the manufacturing facility, flood control dike, and new housing developments. Regeneration of Trenton Lake and surrounding areas.

  3. Expansion and Revitalization (2016-2020): Continued development of recreational facilities, town square, and public assets. Remodeling of existing facilities to support new community functions.
