Client Drivers & Unique Features:

  • Activity Space: The primary goal is to offer a space where people can relax and enjoy various activities. The building will include an arcade on the main floor and basement, and a bar on the upper floor, making it a perfect spot for leisure and entertainment.

  • Design Aesthetic: The building is designed to look like two attached structures rather than one large building, blending seamlessly with the scale of the older buildings in town. A prominent tower serves as a landmark feature, enhancing visibility and drawing visitors.

  • Compatibility with Historic Aesthetic: The design adheres to the local design guide for the Center Business District, ensuring compatibility with the existing historic buildings and contributing to a cohesive downtown aesthetic.
