The Seed House, designed in 2012 by internationally award-winning architects, Alex Gore and Lance Cayko of F9 Productions, is designed with resilience and sustainability at its core. The striking central skylight illuminates the heart of the home, fostering indoor plant growth and creating a bright, inviting atmosphere. This spacious home includes areas for a playroom, office, game area, theater, exercise room, and extensive survival storage with a library and rebuilding supplies.

Survival Specialties:
