The home is carefully integrated into the hillside to minimize disturbance and to leverage the verticality of the terrain. Large expanses of glazing and strategically positioned outdoor living spaces frame unobstructed vistas, capturing changing light, seasonal shifts, and sweeping views across the Rockies.

Architecturally, the residence is defined by sculptural massing and arched roofs, a sequence of barrel-vaulted/curved rooflines that echo the surrounding ridgelines while creating dramatic interior volumes. The roof forms are expressed through refined detailing, including curved steel elements that reinforce the arcs, cleanly manage long spans and overhangs, and contribute to a precise, modern silhouette. Material selections balance resilience with warmth: refined wood tones, dark contemporary cladding, and grounded concrete accents, all chosen to complement the rugged setting without competing with it.
